CANCELLATION POLICY

📅 24 Hour Notice Required We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 30% of the service price. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy At The Brow+Wax studio appointments are scheduled back-to-back to ensure every guest receives dedicated, unrushed service. Arrivals 8+ Minutes Late Guests arriving more than 8 minutes late may: -Have their service shortened to fit the remaining appointment time. -Be required to reschedule. 💳 Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in: Loss of deposit, OR A cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service Two late cancellations or no-shows will require full prepayment for future appointments. Three may result in loss of booking privileges. 📲 How to Cancel Appointments must be canceled via: Booking system Direct text Phone call (Social media DMs are not guaranteed forms of cancellation.) 🚨 Emergency Clause We understand emergencies happen.
